Another company told me my 24-year-old furnace couldn't be repaired and recommended replacing the entire system. Morgan found the needed part within an hour, explained all my options with zero pressure, and ultimately installed a better HVAC system at a lower cost than the competing quote. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Morgan was exceptionally thorough, providing detailed notes and pictures to explain everything he was seeing. He sat down with us and actually taught us a lot about the basic workings needed to make an informed decision about next steps. He presented three great options to address some pretty big issues, and his pricing is way better than other companies that are more about money than people. We'll definitely be sticking with L&M!

Morgan is as nice and honest as they come. AC and furnace swap in 6 hours, very well done and well under competitor quotes. Give them a call!

I already had two HVAC companies in line to inspect our situation and was looking for a third. Morgan not only met my expectations but exceeded them. He was able to fit us in on VERY short notice and took so much time actually explaining everything to us as he went along in his inspection. His knowledge base alone is reason enough to consider L&M Heating and Cooling. Beyond that, you are getting an individual who obviously cares about the work he is doing and the people he is serving. L&M has been added to my preferred vendor list and shared with my team of Realtors serving all of Missouri & Kansas.

L&M Heating and Cooling provided me an honest assessment of the condition of my units. After consulting with Morgan, we decided the best solution was to replace the unit and within 24 hours from the call, he had a complete heating & cooling install finished and operating perfectly. Morgan even went out of his way to repair damages not in the initial estimation 'because they weren't up to his standard.' A true professional in every way! One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.
